Your Mingmen is the key to staying open, grounded, and strong. External influences—criticism, inner and outer voices, workplace demands, family obligations, or stress—are always present. How you receive them depends on your body’s openness.


🔥 How to Open It:

✔️ Keep your knees slightly bent – never locked.

✔️ Let your lower back soften and expand.

✔️ Breathe slowly in and out through your lower Dantian (the energy center below your navel).

✔️ Feel your spine opening, allowing energy to flow freely through you.


When your Mingmen is closed, external pressures get stuck as tension. When it’s open, energy flows freely, allowing you to handle external influences with calm and strength. 🌿💫
